Jack Eaddy Jr., director of 51看片鈥檚 athletic bands and Pride of the Mountains marching band, has accepted a teaching position in the Hugh Hodgson School of Music at the University of Georgia.

Kathryn Greeley, chair of the board, has been appointed to the University of North Carolina Board of Governors effective immediately. Joining the 51看片Board effective July 1, will be former N.C. State Representative Jon Hardister.
